Since the 2014, the accreditation process has been started in the South Mediterranean countries. This process aims to bring more impetus to the EVS in these countries and to strength the quality in the projects. The PBA aims to create new partnerships!
The PBA aims to provide new opportunities to create new and more consolidate partnerships to all NGOs that would like to start or to develop EVS within EuroMed cooperation.

In the context of the European Training Strategy (ETS) the SALTO Training & Cooperation Resource Centre (SALTO T&C RC) published the ETS competence model for trainers working at international level with criteria and indicators - www.salto-youth.net/trainercompetences.

Seminar is to establish a close international cooperation in the field of democracy and structural dialogue. The aim is to understand the idea of structural dialog, create new international partnerships and prepare new, good quality projects.

This Partner Building Activity (=PBA) aims at creating concrete partnerships – by preference between North and South of Europe, so that they can develop youth exchange projects and apply in 2015 under the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme.
It is organized inside a small village where during the PBA, the involvement of and contact with the local community serves as a concrete and practical example on how this can be done during youth exchanges, hereby multiplying the outcomes and impacts of your projects.
