-Idea is to create a network for the organisation using sport as a tool for learning and social integration.
-Promoting best practises for Erasmus+ programme KA1 and KA2 -partner finding for future projects and future E+ sport chapter activities

The SOHO training course is designed for those who are directly involved in the support system around the EVS volunteer (e.g. mentors and task-related support persons) on the hosting, sending and coordinating side. The support people play a crucial role in providing conditions for a quality voluntary service and creating opportunities for volunteer’s learning in EVS.

During the project you will:
1) deepen your knowledge and skills in the field of experiential education and will be able to apply them while working with youth.
2) experience and learn the principles of experiential learning while working with culturally and socially heterogeneous group and with groups of young people with fewer opportunities.
3) have the opportunity to deepen self-knowledge and develop their key competencies

The training will be divided in three parts:

1-9/7/2015-Training Course "Volunteering: A Youth Empowerment Instrument" (Kobuleti, Georgia)

This Training Course, organised by the Italian organisation Vicolocorto and the Georgian Academy for Peace and Development, aims to train 24 youth leaders and project coordinators how to use effectively the potentials of volunteers, let them be European volunteers or local volunteers. The methodologies will be based on non-formal education such as discussions and debates, group work, simulations and role plays, and workshops. The training will be run by two trainers experienced in international youth work, volunteering and work of civil society organisations.
