The seminar offers to obtain international learning experience for youth workers, youth leaders and representants of municipalities responsible for youth policy/youth field and allows them to develop their competencies in the introduction and applying of new methods and forms of active participation of young people at local, national and international levels within the Structured dialogue projects of the programme Erasmus+ Youth in action.

Roma rights are violated every day in Europe
The European Union’s Fundamental Rights Agency concluded that the Roma are the most discriminated against group in the EU: “Every second Roma respondent said that they were discriminated against on the basis of their ethnicity”

The activity will equip participants with specific methodology Living Library. The context of the real situation on the ground with the Roma people in different EU counties will be addressed in a creative way.

‘Coaching is a way to effectively empower people to find their own answers and encourage and support them on their path to make live-giving and life-changing choices.’

The general objective of the ’empowerment through coaching’ training is to train and empower educators (youth workers, youth leaders, EVS mentors,...) in using coaching techniques and competences in an Erasmus+/Youth in Action context (grassroots youthwork, youth exchanges, EVS framework etc.)

The aim of this CMS/PBA is to support new networks and to find new ways to develop young people´s key competences, work skills, employability. Topics: work based learning and youthwork; traineeship and work placement; international mobility and recognition.

Project will encourage new networks among sectors of VET and Youth, new strategic partnerships focused on employability with innovative approach.
