Training is focused on non-formal learning and how to use it within the practice of youth workers and intergrate it into the E+ quality projects to be aware of how non-formal learning looks. The support of applicants for improving projects and their practice with regard to the educational aspect of their work. We need more clarification to youth workers and youth leaders, such as explanation what is differences between non-formal learning in youth work across all (YiA) Programme Countries and how to systematically involve non-formal learning in their work with youth.

Piispala Youth Center will organize a 5-day seminar for Youth Workers and Youth Leaders working with NEETs, that will enable them to learn new skills, create new networks, and find empowerment from nature and animals. The themes of the seminar are based on Holistic Wellbeing, NEET, Nature and Animals and the program is built around Green Care methods and activities. Seminar will include practical, hands-on and non-formal learning, in addition there will be several workshops and exchange of good practices.

The aim is to allow all the stakeholders engaged in such processes to have more awareness of mechanisms and instruments that can increase youth engagement on policy development and increase the impact of such policies at local and regional level.

“TRAINBOW” is an international training course on how to design, facilitate and evaluate meaningful educational activities in youth work to strengthen diversity and participation. The training course is targeted at trainers, youth workers, educators and facilitators, and will take place from December 3rd to 11th of 2018 in Kysak in eastern Slovakia. Funding is provided by the Slovak National Agency for ERASMUS+: Youth in Action, Key Action 1, Mobility of Youth Workers.
