The UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning (UIL) is offering 10 CONFINTEA Fellowships to government officials and representatives of civil society organizations working in key positions within the field of adult learning and education (ALE). The fellowships are of one month’s duration and are open to applicants from any UNESCO Member State. The fellowship program aims to strengthen the capacities of Member States in implementing major elements of the Belém Framework for Action (BFA). UIL is an international non-profit research, training, information, documentation and publishing center.
