Job Description:
- Assists in the Hiring process by creating new Job Contracts, update Employee Files and Annual Leave Records
- Updates Human Resources Information System Records and compiles Reports on a monthly basis
- Updates company Organizational Charts for Headquarters and Stores
- Maintains and Administers Employee Benefits records
- Assists in company Recruitment and Development activities such as C.V. Screening, Performance Appraisal, Assessment Centres and Training
