Small organisations in rural areas can find human resources as a challenge in organising international youth projects. This study visit shows good practices in one region in Finland. Rural areas can be international too!

The study visit will gather together youth workers from small scale towns, rural areas and little villages to have a look at Finnish good practices that help the countryside to be more international.

In times of socio economic crisis, еuroscepticism, populism and growing nationalism, the role of youth workers and educators becomes more and more complex, but important in the same time.
People working directly with youngsters need to be high qualified and have a different range of competences - knowledge, skills and attitudes. Therefore, training possibilities are on high demand, especially to develop critical thinking on the concepts of politics, democracy and active citizenship and use this knowledge to empower young people and their active participation in their community.

The international training course “FACILITATION FOR ALL!” aims at empowering and building up the competences of educational practitioners to design, facilitate and evaluate meaningful educational activities in inclusive youth work.

Training course is about preparation, run and evaluation of quality transnational youth initiatives for young people meant for participants from V4 countries and countries of Eastern Partnership.

The objectives of the course are:

- To create a meeting for potential partners from V4 and Eastern Partnership that would like to develop a transnational youth initiative through ERASMUS + Programme.

- To explore the added value of the European dimension of youth initiatives.
