The Cyprus Institute (CyI, www.cyi.ac.cy), is a non-profit science and technology research and educational institution and is currently seeking to recruit a dynamic and versatile professional to assume the position of Web & Social Media Administrator.
As a member of the Communications Department the ideal candidate will be a software and design professional with experience developing applications and using relevant technologies for websites, social media and other software (CRM, collaboration tools etc.).
His/her experience should include:
- Webmaster
- Social Media Management
- Website and graphic design
- Designing material and presentations:
- Marketing & Communications
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- University degree relevant to Computer Science, Marketing, Communications and familiarity with computer coding, databases as well as marketing and communications
- 2-3 years minimum experience in website management, social media and marketing/communications
- Social networking ability, energetic, passionate, creative, and solution oriented
- Creative, highly motivated, resourceful individual who can work on multiple projects, while growing in each area of responsibility
- Detail-oriented and results driven, with the ability to multitask changing priorities with limited supervision in a high-pressure work environment
--High level of communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt in a multicultural environment
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English. Knowledge of the Greek language will be considered an advantage
