CyI in cooperation with Advanced Partners Max Planck Institute for Chemistry (Germany), University of Helsinki (Finland) and Laboratory for Sciences of the Climate and the Environment (CEA, France), established the Climate and Atmosphere Research Centre of Excellence (CARE-C), under EMME-CARE Horizon 2020
Under the Supervision of the CARE-C Director, the successful candidate will be expected to further develop CARE-C’s research and technical expertise on regional atmospheric and chemistry modelling, emphasizing on the Eastern Mediterranean – Middle East – North Africa, and with particular focus on contributing to activities related to the emission inventories compilation (at national level and spatialized on a grid) and assessment for scientific and policy-oriented applications.
