Expert Sourcing or Search Recruiting Consultant at Sutherland Global Services in Bulgaria.

Tasks:
- Formulate and implement Recruiting/Sourcing strategies
- Work through all sourcing channels to find active and passive candidates
- Participate in Recruiting Fairs and Events
- Support all activities related to recruitment and selection in order to achieve the department’s goals
- Contact all collected leads and invite to assessment
- Pre-select possible candidates that fit in each program’s profile
- Assess candidates according to the programs’ needs
- Engage in direct contact with every candidate providing complete information of the program for which the candidate is being considered
- Support his/her immediate superior in all relevant activities
- Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company
- Adhere to the non-disclosure agreement.

Requirements:
- Recruitment experience in the BPO field would be a plus
- Ability to multitask and meet challenging deadlines in a dynamic environment and under pressure
- Fluency in German (preferable but not essential) and English (essential) languages
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office)
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience in Multilanguage recruitment will be considered as an advantage.
