This is a course for professionals who work regularly with young people in which they will discover methodologies and tools to work on invisible racism with young people. It is a methodology that Cazalla has been implementing in its activities for more than 7 years and that connects with our objectives and our cross-cutting work: anti-racism, inclusion, diversity, the fight against gender violence and generating a current of anti-racism, good treatment and social justice.

The course provides non-formal and informal learning opportunities for the educational and professional development of youth workers. The objective of the course is to increase knowledge and "know how" in the field of invisibile racism awarness in youth field.
