Training Course: "Call for Digital Transformers"

How to lead the transformation of youth work from offline to online while keeping the best of both worlds in mind? Would you like to be one of the digital transformers?

This journey includes blended capacity building on how to digitally transform youth work in the form of 2 (4 half-days) online trainings and 1 study visit in Armenia. The trainings will focus on digital well-being, ethics and digital rights as well as on emerging technologies, with inclusion and participation as overarching topics. This is the 2nd call for this training course (the whole programme started in October 2022).

Aims of the training are:
To increase awareness about different aspects of digital transformation in the youth field and considering inclusion, participation and diversity
To increase competences of youth workers and provide them with new approaches to digital transformation in youth work
To utilise knowledge and experiences on digital transformation from diverse sectors and explore the potential of cross-sectoral cooperation to enrich youth work.
