Training Course: "True Essence. For Youth Workers Who Care."

The project invites youth workers to join an intense 7 day explorative journey into their innermost essence, meeting their shadows to unfold their gifts and find new ways to genuinely support the young people they work with.
True Essence aims to open up a safe space for the authenticity, vulnerability and integrity of young people. A place to heal their roots and touch upon the best version of themselves. It offers a holistic, body-based and soul-oriented approach to youth work, thus strengthening the psychophysical health and well-being of young people, and encouraging them to find a meaningful role in creating our common reality.
