Acccording to different surveys such as The Future of Jobs", from Harvard University, soft skills are becoming a very relevant issue for young people to find and keep a job succesfully. Skills such as creativity, teamwork or leadership are more and more demanded and valued among organizations.

With this point in mind, this course will address the most relevant soft skills that may enable Young people to find their own way in their professional and personal life.

Promote learning of the fundamental concepts of soft skills and its importance for youth development and empleability.
