Civil Engineer / Electrical – Mechanical Engineer for the Facility Management & Construction Department
Role Responsibilities
• Works site supervision & monitoring.
• Issuance of BoQs and works cost estimation.
• Determination of all technical specifications and requirements of the work.
• Pre- Measurements and measurements of installation materials.
• Preparation of weekly technical reports for all stages of the works and informing the relevant departments of the progress of the works.
• Communication with subcontractors, engineers, designers.
• Collecting, grouping and filing documents and invoices by project.
• Preparation of documents and files for the certification-closing of works.
• Remote management of construction teams to achieve the desired schedule.
• Data entry in the relevant project management software.
• Prevention and resolution of technical problems.
Requirements
• Engineering degree (Civil or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of ACAD
• Knowledge of legislation is a strong asset (GOK, studies for installations, etc)
• Ability to work in a demanding environment.
