Communications Assistant at European Geothermal Energy Council in Belgium

EGEC is currently looking for a full-time communications assistant (38h/week), who is able to work starting from September 2024, for a period of six months with a traineeship contract under Belgian law (“convention immersion professionnelle”) with possibilities for a long-term contract after the traineeship period.

EGEC is the voice of the geothermal sector in Europe. It is an international industry association with more than 200 members, representing 500 stakeholders from 30+ different European countries in the field of renewable energy.

The successful candidate will work with our Communication team on our main communication channels, activities, events and projects to highlight the role of geothermal energy in the energy transition. We are looking for extra support from a reliable and inspiring trainee with a demonstrated interest in communications and a highly proficient level of English.
