Traineeship in the Information Governance Division at European Central Bank

As a Library trainee you will:

provide reference services and research support to library users by helping them find and access information, advising them on library policies and gathering their feedback;
support library users in borrowing and returning materials, including the processing of renewals and hold requests;
help catalogue and classify information and keep the library areas well organised, e.g. by updating signage;
participate in the sharing of knowledge within the organisation, e.g. by creating and maintaining subject-specific guides, developing existing awareness services or supporting research initiatives; ea413T3 BIpnb
contribute to the development and implementation of innovative library services and projects, such as testing new AI tools or improving library processes and systems;
raise awareness of available resources and services within the ECB.
