Training Course: "Grassroots Academy"

Call for the youth organisations' representative youth workers, working on the local level to participate in the training course aiming to develop the competencies of youth workers to successfully run local youth work.

The project is funded under Erasmus+ Accreditation in the Field of Youth, by Turkish national agency. The project considers 4 mobilities in different countries.

Objectives of the first training course - Grassroots Academy:
Equip youth workers with the competencies to run activities with non-formal educational (NFE) methodologies.
To develop the gamification approaches in the learning process as the tool to attract more young people.
To create the curricula/a program of grassroots youth work with the use of NFE methods.
Foster intercultural exchange and cooperation between youth workers from diverse backgrounds.
