The organization in Greece seeks for:
1. Reporting and M&E Specialist (Lesvos).
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum B/A in related field, including public relations, and international affairs or commensurate field experience.
- Two-four years of international development experience in the field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of program monitoring and evaluation systems and methodologies.
- Familiarity with US, EU and private foundations grant management experience preferred, with special attention to reporting requirements.
- Previous work with traditional/conservative cultures, in remote environments, and in the context of high levels of security and humanitarian need essential.
- Demonstrated effectiveness communicating program objectives to a wide audience required; ability to represent Mercy Corps to international donors, government officials, local groups and community members is essential.
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic, Farsi or Urdu preferred.
- Willingness to travel and respect the local culture.

2. Medical Coordinator (Athens).
Skills & Requirements:
- Degree in clinical medicine or nursing with a minimum of 2 years patient care experience
- Over five years of professional experience in emergencies or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in project management
- Familiarity with relevant stakeholders, especially international organizations (EU, UN)
- Good understanding of financial management and strategic planning
- Understanding and ability to work in unstable and multi-cultural environment (cultural sensitivity)
- Full computer literacy and adequate administrative skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Arabic an advantage.
