OPTIMA S.A. is the company behind some of the most popular and beloved cheese brands like EPIROS, DIROLLO, KERRYGOLD, ADORO, LOGADI, LEVETI, TALAGANI,
Katiki Domokou OREINES PLAGIES and PLANTEESE.

A Merchandiser handles a store’s inventory levels and product displays.
Also, a Merchandiser performs several analysis and management tasks to
provide the most accurate and relevant information, regarding the market and
the competition.

Job Responsibilities:

-Works with suppliers and distributors to negotiate prices and maximize
orders.
-Maximizes customer interest and sales levels by displaying products
appropriately.
-Maintains store shelves by removing dated or damaged products.
-Assesses the effectiveness of different product displays and store layouts
on sales figures.
-Reviews competitors, including pricing, store layouts and marketing
activities.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
-1+ years of experience working in a similar position.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Team working skills.
-Written and verbal communication skills.
