ActionAid seeks for Emergency Programme Manager for Emergency Programme Work in Schisto Refugee Camp-Athens.

- Emergency Programme Manager (Schisto Refugee Camp-Athens).
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- Minimum of 2 year experience in project management preferably in the humanitarian field (emergency or early recovery settings) in refugee camp programming
- Experience with managing teams and providing technical guidance and training
- Demonstrated understanding, knowledge & interest on human rights and gender issues
- Excellent Knowledge of the English language
- Ability to think and work creatively and innovatively in a problem-solving environment
- Ability to respond immediately and effectively in demanding environments
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage teams in a multi – cultural environment
- Strong organisational & project management skills
- Volunteer experience as well as adequate experience in managing voluntary projects and teams
- Availability to relocate immediately to Athens - Greece.
