04-05/04/2017 - International Workshop on Biometrics and Forensics (UK)

The EU-funded Horizon 2020 IDENTITY project will host and organise the 5th International Workshop on Biometrics and Forensics (IWBF2017) at the University of Warwick, UK, from 4 to 5 April 2017.

IWBF2017 is an international forum devoted specifically to facilitate synergies in research and development among the areas of multimedia forensics, forensic biometrics, and forensic science.

IWBF provides the meeting place for those concerned with the usage of multimedia analysis in forensic applications and biometric recognition systems, attracting participants from industry, research, academia and end-users.

The IDENTITY project supports the development of the forensic biometric community and helps consolidating the integration of multimedia forensics into the forensic science, and therefore integrates knowledge and expertise from the forensics, biometrics and multimedia forensics communities.
