Job requirements:
- Proven similar field experience in a refugee camp
- Good understanding of refugees’ context
- Technical, organizational and methodological competences
- Demonstrated aptitude for manual and practical works
- Good observation skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work under difficult conditions (in/around Thessaloniki)
- Ability to handle pressure well and to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and coach
- Fluent in English and Greek
- Knowledge of Arabic, Farsi or Kurdish is an asset
- Applicants must have a valid driving licence B + driving experience with van/mini truck
