DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
- Participate in the elaboration of a care of care givers strategy for ECHO project.
- Assess the main stressors and coping mechanisms of the staff in order to better understand the needs and adapt the workshops and activities to meet them.
- Design and conduct trainings and workshops of care of caregivers for workers/volunteers directly intervening with migrants/refugees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the trainers and make recommendations for furthers trainings.
- Coordinate with HR and GC in order to ensure wellbeing of the teams putting in place measures such as R&R, short term contracts and close follow up from HR team.
- Participate when necessary in other MHPPS trainings.
- Carry out individual assessment and psychosocial support when needed especially in case of critical incident.
- Coordinate with the Greek external staff care referent in charge of individual assessment and support for national staff.
