Perrotis College offers B.Sc. degrees in the fields of Environmental Systems Management, Business Studies and Food Science and Technology. The approach of the College is strongly interdisciplinary, while its pedagogical methodology is both research oriented and practical, giving students the opportunity to engage in learning-by-doing projects.
The Environmental Systems Management major focuses on precision agriculture, aiming to optimize the output- environmental impact ratio. The Food Science and Technology student develops a strong foundation on food product development and related issues. The Business major with minors in agro-marketing and agro-tourism prepares young men and women for a professional career in these two fields. The three academic divisions together encompass the full fork-to-farm educational experience.
The College operates a very active Adult Education Department, a Center for Agricultural Entrepreneurship and an Olive Center.
The College offers the following teaching positions for the spring semester of the academic year 2016-2017:
Adjunct Lecturers: Τhe selected persons will serve as part time lecturers in order to fulfill teaching requirements for the spring semester of academic year 2016-2017. Teaching will take place in English. All adjunct lectures will have 3-4 contact hours depending on the module and 1 office hour per week and module. They will also be encouraged to participate on Perrotis College sponsored research and to design and lead student theses.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Post graduate studies in the field of expertise
- Proficiency level of spoken and written English
- Teaching experience at University level
Desirable Personal Characteristics for all teaching / research positions
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Proven ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to design and lead research projects connected to their subject area
- Industrial experience
- Strong motivation and willingness to contribute to the department needs
- Familiarity with the US or UK educational systems
