07-14/06/2017 - Youth Exchange (Ισπανία)

This project is a follow-up of an international qualification course looking to promote active European citizenship, sustainability and de-growth societies. It has been established after series of courses "ACTORS OF TRANSITION - Spreading Sustainability in Europe”, involving a diverse portfolio of youth workers around Europe, aiming to qualify individuals and organisations working with youth to become multipliers for sustainable development and active citizenship. Being part of these courses and understanding the importance and the impact generated throughout this experience, as well as understanding the value collected after the implementation of these courses, the aim of this youth exchange is to improve the overall results, impact and understanding of youth work by inviting youth that these methods have been implemented, to collect their opinion and feedback in order to improve the overall use and understanding of the methods and tools created.

The aim of this youth exchange is to involve young people to design their own understanding of youth work and share their experience and involvement on how to improve and personalise the concept of youth work according to their individual and societal needs. After completing the course the participants will be able to: a) to recognize ecological, social and economic challenges in their societies, compare them with those of other European countries and develop alternative solutions; b) to understand, practice and evaluate a variety of methods used on the past course and develop personalised practice methods to youth workers according to their needs. c) to motivate, qualify and accompany youth and to develop and implement independent projects on sustainable development in their countries and regions.

Καλύπτεται το 100% του κόστους διαμονής και διατροφής και μέχρι 270 ευρώ ταξιδιωτικών εξόδων.
