IT Architect

The Greek Trade facilitation Steering Committee responsible for the design of the Greek Customs Single Window System undertook the drafting of a visionary document and an action plan within the functions of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR).

The Single Window working team consisting of employees of IAPR and Other Government Authorities (OGAs) will develop the architecture and technical frameworks of ICT services that will serve and support the interoperability needs between Customs and other OGAs.

A competent IT architect with the below professional profile is required to provide advisory services and deliver the three objectives sited above.

The IT architect will work under the guidance and responsibility of the Single Window working team and the above deliverables will be incorporated in the SW Action Plan.

The contracting authority to this position is The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO). This position is being financed within the framework of the Technical Assistance programme entitled "Support to the Implementation of Trade Facilitation roadmap" which is funded by the European Commission (Structural Reform Support Service - SRSS), and undertaken by The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) on behalf of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
