What is the TOP2TOP Engineering challenge?
Top2Top aims to discover young, talented people who are ready to explore the magic world of Mondelez.

For one day, participants will compete in different Business challenges, on various Integrated Supply Chain disciplines, experience the making of a chocolate tablet, meet our Senior Management Team and get the full grasp of what our company stands for.

The Top candidates will receive:

Requirements:

• Engineering degree/diploma from top-notch technical universities
• A Master’s degree in Business or Supply Chain will be considered as an asset
• High level of written and spoken English and Greek
• Ability to learn on the fly and self-initiative
• Open minded with a will to take on new experiences
• Passion for our products
