Five PhD positions are currently open with the newly formed Research Training Group MathCoRe. Starting date as convenient.

Salary Scale: 13 TV-L
Date commencing: As convenient
Fixed term until 3 years (after starting employment)
Contract status: 75 %

Requirements for the position:

- Scientific degree (diploma or master) in mathematics or a related area.

The work shall lead to a PhD degree within the Research Training Group 2297 Mathematical Complexity Reduction, starting on April 1, 2017 and funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft. We provide very attractive possibilities concerning networking, integration into the scientific community, supervision, and cooperation with other PhD fellows of the research training group.
