We invite you to participate to this first pilot training course based upon and articulated around the ETS Competence Model for Youth Workers Working Internationally, developed in the context of the European Training Strategy (ETS) by SALTO T&C RC.
If you are:
- a youth worker and you already have experience with international mobilities, but want to develop your competences further,
- you are interested to experience working with a competence model and developing within, and
- you are looking for a great opportunity to meet other colleagues and share, exchange, support and evolve...
...this course might be for you!
This first pilot course intends principally to offer you as youth worker a space to reflect and exchange on your practice and understanding with regard to the competence model, its approach and its competence areas. The main purpose is to enable participants to take further steps in their professional practice.
The objectives of this first pilot course are to be a meeting point for youth workers who are already involved in international mobilities (either organising them or as partners) to explore, share and support each other, with a focus on their professional development.
This pilot course (and the future final editions) is based on a long-term format and blended learning, meaning that it includes:
- One residential course of 5 full working days;
- Online learning online before (to prepare) and after (to experiment, harvest and further learn) – number of hours to be defined:
- Because of its experimental nature, the pilot course plans a final consolidation meeting of about 2 days.
The general approach is based on the principles of non-formal learning.
The WORKING DAYS are 5-9 June (arrivals on the 4th late afternon and departures on the 10th in the morning).
This training activity is funded by:The Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme.
