An international manufacturing company seeks to recruit an HR Administrator for its manufacturing plant in Drama.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Keeping up-to-date employees’ records, i.e. personal files, leave and absences, physical condition, etc.
- Daily update and monitoring of the timer (clock in-out) and production of daily, weekly, monthly attendance reports
- Ensure compliance with public authorities regarding labour law requirements
- Act as a help desk for employees on any topic concerning the Group Medical Plan or other benefit or topic assigned
- Support Line Managers through Employee Relations issues, ensuring that policies and guidelines are adhered to
- Keeping up-to-date the training records of employees and provide support in training initiatives. Deliver the induction training or other similar training, to (new) employees.
- Provide support on core HR processes (performance evaluation, talent management and development, employees’ health-occupational doctor, etc.)
- Screening CVs and contacting screening interviews, compiling evaluation reports and providing feedback to candidates
- Provide general administrative support when needed
Job Requirements
- University Degree, postgraduate studies in HR is a plus
- 5+ years’ experience in a variety of HR related areas with focus on HR help desk, employee relations, payroll and labour law
- Influencing, coaching, presentation and facilitation skills
- Passion for people, courage, initiative & results focused
- Attention to detail
- Very good English skills
- Advanced PC skills
- SAP knowledge would be an asset
