This course aims at providing participants with key tools and tips to build successful Marie Curie project proposals. The analysis of the proposal templates for this particular strand of Horizon 2020 will allow participants to acquire the competence needed to complete the administrative, technical and financial sections of the proposals.
Frontal lectures will always be coupled with practical exercises; furthermore, participants will be provided with examples of completed sections of proposal templates, to help them acquire basic notions for successful project elaboration and to equip them with ready-to-use and easy-to-adapt material for designing future H2020 proposals.

- Introduction to the Marie Curie actions and presentation of the IF Actions’ features.
- How to access funding: reference websites (Participant Portal).
- Identification of calls: support tools, suggestions and utilities made available by the Commission to prospective applicants and beneficiaries.
- Structure of the calls for proposals and hints to quickly identify suitable calls.
- The procedure for presenting the proposal: functioning of the PPSS and information requested in different phases.
- Filling out administrative forms: H.I. information, ethical issues, supporting documents.
- How to draw up the researcher's CV: elements to be highlighted and strategies.
- The compilation of the technical-scientific part: guided analysis of the application templates.
- Projects' evaluation criteria.
- Practical tips to build a successful proposal.
