PwC Greece's client, a well established company in Greece, seeks to recruit an HR Administrator (HRA/0618):
Main responsibilities:
Ensures compliance with public authorities regarding labor law requirements, maintains employee records according to policy & legal requirements
Stays up-to-date on labor legislation, informs line managers about changes in regulation and liaises with them on employee relations issues
Updates and monitors of the time on a daily basis
Produces daily, weekly and monthly attendance reports
Assists in training programs and updates the respective records
Conducts employees' induction training or other similar training programs
Supports core HR processes (performance evaluation, talent management and development, employees' health-occupational doctor, group medical plan etc.)
Performs CVs screening, conducts phone pre-interviews, compiles evaluation reports and provides feedback to candidates
Provides general administrative support when needed
