Recruiter for Technical Assistance Projects at KMOP (Athens)

KMOP seeks for:
- Recruiter for Technical Assistance Projects

Requirements:
- University degree from a reputable University (preferably in disciplines of Business, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences, Education, Communication, or other relevant disciplines). Post-graduate degree in Business, Economics, or relevant disciplines will be considered as an asset
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience, preferably in a consulting environment and focused on Human Resources (Sourcing) and/or business development activities – bid reparation, recruiting of Project teams, etc.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Search and Recruitment of Senior and Junior Key Experts for Technical Assistance Projects funded by International Donors (EU, World Bank, etc) across the Globe.
- Work experience and/or an interest in the international development sector and in the social sector (e.g. social services, human rights protection) would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of Technical Assistance bidding procedures for developing/transition countries (ideally EU EuropeAid and Word Bank bid procedures) as well as good understanding of their evaluation process.
- Experience in working with internal or External Databases of Experts (e.g. Development Aid, Assortis, etc.)
- Excellent English (both verbal and in writing)
- Excellent digital literacy / Proficient in MS office suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to cooperate with international partners and external experts.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage and deliver tasks under strict deadlines
- Keen attention to details (e.g. tendering minimum requirements, etc.)
- Team player, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent motivation skills
