Being part of the training course, you are going to bring back home a boost of your competences and a plan for further development.
The project will gather 24 participants (3 representatives from each country) from - Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Georgia, Italy, and Poland.
Participants should be over 18 years old and there is no upper limit. They should be active Erasmus+ coordinators and volunteer coordinators with the need to empower their own soft skills and with strong desire to contribute to competence model for youth workers in non-formal education field will be invited to participate.
These are going to be the core members of the participating organizations.
The project sets the following objectives:
-To accept the role of youth worker with both advantages and disadvantages and to be able to take measures in order to prevent one's burn-out;
-To provide participants with appropriate methods for assessing own performance as a coordinator in a youth organization;
-To provide coordinators with online/offline tools and knowledge and attitudes on effective and non conflicting internal communication;
-To analyze the existing competence models for youth workers, working as coordinators in non formal education, with emphasis on soft skills and updating these models according to the reality of coordinators and plan its dissemination;
