Main responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance with public authorities regarding labor law requirements, maintains employee records according to policy & legal requirements
- Stays up-to-date on labor legislation, informs line managers about changes in regulation and liaises with them on employee relations issues
- Updates and monitors of the time on a daily basis
- Produces daily, weekly and monthly attendance reports
- Assists in training programs and updates the respective records
- Conducts employees' induction training or other similar training programs
- Supports core HR processes (performance evaluation, talent management and development, employees' health-occupational doctor, group medical plan etc.)
- Performs CVs screening, conducts phone pre-interviews, compiles evaluation reports and provides feedback to candidates
- Provides general administrative support when needed
Main requirements/Personal characteristics:
- Bachelor degree from a well-established institution in Business Administration or related field
- Master degree in Human Resources will be considered an asset
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in similar role with focus on employee relations, payroll and labor law
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language
- Computer Literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office
- SAP knowledge is considered an asset
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and negotiations skills
- People oriented and ability to cooperate at all levels
- Presentation and training facilitation skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure meeting tight deadlines
