Introduction to the EU Youth Strategy 2019 - 2027

The EU Youth Strategy is the framework for youth policies in Europe for 2019 - 2027. It is aimed to increase youth participation and cooperation, foster democratric principles, and support social engagement. Under this framework, 11 European Youth Goals were developed with three core areas of action: engage, connect, empower. By identifying cross sectorial areas that involve youth, the EU Youth Strategy and the European Youth Goals contribute to the achievement young people's vision for Europe.
