The University of Melbourne is seeking to appoint 4 Research Fellows within the recently established National Centre for Coasts and Climate (NCCC). NCCC aims to be recognized internationally as a leader in coastal science and policy through delivery of research that addresses issues of major environmental, social, and economic importance at the land-ocean interface. Its mission is to undertake solutions-focused research that advances understanding of risks and opportunities in the coastal zone, and informs new systems of environmental management, coastal governance and sustainable businesses.
Working collaboratively with a team of leading academics, researchers, and post-graduate students, the Research Fellows will be appointed to undertake cross-disciplinary research in the following research disciplines:
Aquaculture – Techniques and technologies to successfully culture temperate sea urchins.
