Training Course: "Interculturality Works!"

During the training, participants discover different approaches and methods; analyse the different aspects of culture and interculturality, integration challenges and opportunities; and different online and offline tools and approaches.

Reaching this goal, the participants'll be supported to:
increase their knowledge, skills and equipping them with methods for integration of young people from different cultural backgrounds;
improve their skills, attitudes, creativity and innovative approaches for youth work through experiential learning and learning by doing;
understand the unique importance of cultures, emphasizing our shared values and pluralistic identity, while also promoting tolerance, equity and solidarity among different cultures, nationalities, ethnic and religious groups;
improve their knowledge and skills by exchanging views and experiences.
