Throughout the course, the objectives are to:
Provide participants with a deep understanding of the role, importance, and possibilities of non-formal education (NFE) methods in youth work, specifically through the lens of innovative methods in promoting social equality.
Enhance participants' competencies by exploring the meanings, roles, and complementarities of different educational approaches and methods (formal, non-formal, informal). Through practical application, participants will implement non-formal and drama methods to address gender issues.
Familiarize participants with the principles of NFE and their impact on program building. The training will offer opportunities to experience and reflect on the power of non-formal education and drama, particularly in the context of discrimination and stereotypes.
